Payments
Payments are processed securely through our platform. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider. Please review the specific terms before booking. MARASIM is not responsible for refund decisions made by providers.
Reviews & Content
You may submit reviews and content through our platform. You agree not to post false, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
MARASIM acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by third-party venues or service providers. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
